Given the CCES’s role administering the Canadian Safe Sport Program, we believe that legal aid should be offered by an organization that is separate from CCES. Sport Canada is in the process of identifying options regarding how legal aid services can be provided to individuals involved in the CSSP reporting process. More information will be shared soon.
