The athlete whereabouts program requires athletes in the Registered Testing Pool to submit timely and accurate whereabouts information for the purpose of locating them for no-notice out-of-competition testing.
The whereabouts program ensures that the CCES is levelling the playing field. An effective doping control program includes a large component of intelligent testing, which must occur at the highest risk times for potential use of a performance-enhancing substance. Submitting and updating whereabouts is a big commitment – but athletes continue to tell us that they are happy to comply if it helps keep their sport clean and fair.
Athletes are required to submit whereabouts information through ADAMS, a web-based program which allows you to submit and update your whereabouts information from anywhere in the world at any time. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request login information for ADAMS email [email protected].
