I think I am eligible for the review course but it’s not there.

All athletes who are eligible for the review are assigned one as soon as it is available for that calendar year. If you do not receive the review, you are not eligible for it. Athletes who have created multiple accounts may be issued a review on an account other than the one they are currently using.
