Instead of creating a separate helpline, the CCES has woven the services of a helpline throughout the CSSP. In response to what we heard in consultations with the sport community, we will have one point of contact for all the services we offer to keep things simple and reduce confusion about where to go for help. Individuals will be able to call, email or text the CSSP team for guidance on how to report, if they have questions before they decide if they want to report or want to know more about what we do and how we do it.
