The CCES Invites Applications for Virtual Management by Values Workshop

(Ottawa, Ontario – October 5, 2021) – The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) is pleased to invite expressions of interest from sport leaders to participate in a Management by Values workshop on Wednesday, November 24 from noon to 3:00 p.m. EST.

This virtual workshop will provide participants with the knowledge they need to understand the principles and processes of Management by Values, create shared learning through peer-to-peer success stories, and build a roadmap to activate the principles within their organization’s culture.

The workshop is based on Values-in-Action: Igniting Passion and Purpose in Sport Organizations, which draws from management science and practical wisdom of sport leaders, empowering participants to leverage organizational values to mitigate risks, fulfill organizational commitments, and foster a high-performing environment for staff and volunteers.
