Personnel Training and Certification

Certified sample collection personnel are at the heart of any anti-doping program. The CCES trains and certifies doping control officers (DCOs) to perform at the highest level, in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and international testing standards.

Clients include:

  • Organizing Committees of the 2001 & 2005 Francophonie Games
  • Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission
  • Qatar National Anti-Doping Commission
  • Caribbean Regional Anti-Doping Organization

“The CCES has been instrumental in guiding us through the process of training all relevant sample collection personnel and setting up the appropriate mechanisms to ensure that urine and blood sample collection is done according to the International Standard for Testing and Investigations. We are extremely pleased with our collaboration and would encourage other organizations that need support in the area of sample collection and all matters anti-doping to reach out to the CCES. They will not only benefit from sound advice but from a true partnership that is based on mutual respect and understanding.”
