The CCES releases 2015 CADP

October 14, 2014

Recently I wrote about the impending release of the 2015 Canadian Anti-Doping Program (CADP). Well, that release date has arrived. The CCES released the final version of the 2015 CADP on October 1, 2014 and now it remains for all Canadian sport stakeholders to adopt the 2015 CADP into their rules or to sign its companion document, the CADP Covenant.

You can access both of these documents at

To ensure that: sport organizations are compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code; in line with their international sport governing body; and that they meet Sport Canada eligibility criteria for funding, they must adopt the 2015 CADP or sign the Covenant by December 31, 2014.

We at the CCES are here to assist sport organizations with this process and to answer any questions they may have. They can contact the CCES at to make sure they are not "off-side" on January 1.
